In 2021, the commercial capital and the most populated city in Nigeria and West Africa held a national summit on climate change with the central theme “Adapting Health, Energy, Agriculture, Transportation, and Waste Infrastructure to the Long Impact of Climate Change in Lagos”. Our team, led by Dr. Oluwatoyin Adejonwo, was part of the discussion at the Climate Finance Plenary Session.
